Repeat Buyer & Seller

"Javila was the selling agent when I bought my first home. She was so honest, helpful, and generally great to work with that I became an immediate fan and have since approached her to help me make a sale, and another purchase. She's patient, accommodating, and really gets to know her clients' needs well. I couldn't imagine working with anyone else at this point."

House Buyer & Condo Seller

"Javila was always prompt and professional with the details of our sale and purchase. She never made us feel as though we were intruding on her time when we wanted to see several houses in one evening. The response time when we had questions was prompt making negotiations go smoothly. Javila took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for in a home and was supportive in our decisions. I will definitely use her again should I need a realtor in the future."

South Lake Union Condo Buyer

Moreover, Javila brought a unique balance of warmth, diplomacy and pragmatism to negotiations that truly made a difference..If Nordstrom was in the business of training real estate agents, Javila would be a shining example of their legendary customer service..."
